How do you want Clarence to look in 5-10 years’ time?

Would you like a say in what sort of development we need and where it should be?

Too often we only seem to find out about these things after the development applications have been submitted and there’s not much chance to have any influence on the outcome.

I’d like to see a Council that listens to its people, involves them in the decision-making about how they’d like Clarence to develop, and consults with them – early and often.

I’d like to see a Council that makes it easy for people to get involved in the process by providing information that’s easy to understand – as they do for Councillors.

I’d like to see a Council that is open and honest about how and where decisions are made, and one that ensures those decisions are always made in the best interests of the ratepayers.
