Thanks for joining me!
I’ve been sitting in on Clarence City Council meetings since last November.
Our Council would benefit from a greater diversity of views, and a greater engagement with the community.
I don’t believe the current Council is putting its residents first.
Proposed developments in some of our favourite recreational areas seem to favour big developers and put profit over people.
I’ve nominated to stand as a candidate for Mayor and Alderman as a representative of the Greens, because I believe we’re all fundamentally green in our own backyard:
- We care about our beaches and recreational areas
- We separate our recycling and worry about waste
- We don’t want inappropriate developments blocking our views or stopping us accessing our favourite locations.
Let’s protect the places that make us special, and work together to make Clarence a truly liveable city that we can all enjoy.

Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter. — Izaak Walton
